✈️ Local Phở - Phở bát đá - Bún chả Hà Nội
After checking into the Radisson Hotel, we planned to use the lounge, but because of my forgetfulness/dementia symptoms... lol lol lol We mixed up the lounge hours and ended up wasting the trip for nothing. Since we were hungry, we said let's go out, and behind the Radisson Hotel we started walking toward Pho Long Hoi, but then we said we've been to Pho Long Hoi too many times, let's go somewhere else this time lol lol lol As a second option, the restaurant we found was Pho Bat Da. It's located diagonally across from Pho Long Hoi, and it seems to be run by the Brilliant Majestic Villa — it's a local restaurant sharing the same first-floor wall. Business hours: 24 hours

I ordered 2 cans of Huda to wet my throat a bit~ Stone bowl beef? Oh, it's a dolsot (stone pot) haha~

I ordered the banh mi sốt vang, but maybe because I'm used to the sốt vang taste at Phorong Hoi, the sốt vang at Pobangda didn't come out as a thick stew — it was just plain broth... The meat was tough for my taste too. ...-_- Phorong Hoi's beef is so tender it just melts in your mouth... Also, it seems the bread wasn't warmed up — it wasn't crispy at all, just chewy and cold.

And stone pot beef shabu-shabu! For the translation, a stone bowl haha. The warm broths come out in a stone pot, and the noodles and meat come out separately, so you cook them using the heat of the stone pot. They give you one egg yolk to mix in, and you cook the meat and noodles yourself. The stone pot shabu beef rice noodles are pretty good~^^ Stone pot shabu rice noodles - 80,000 dong Banh mi set - 50,000 dong Hu tieu (per piece) - 40,000 dong
