[Danang Trip Review✈️] Pho Hong

March 2025, a Da Nang trip with my beautiful girlfriend ✈️ After walking energetically around the My Son Sanctuary, it's time to go eat something delicious~ The place I tried to visit last December but hit their break time and only got to smell the aroma from outside! Phở Hồng I finally got to taste it 😆 The staff kept grilling meat outside nonstop — even though it was so hot, they really seemed to be working hard. But reality is, gotta fill this hungry stomach, so ordering first! lol

We ordered the grilled pork belly roll, grilled pork belly fat, and grilled beef belly leaf in small size. (It's kind of funny when translated into Korean, lol) Oh! And of course we can't skip the cold beer~

A full meal set with the food I ordered and fresh vegetables — done✌️

First toast with her~🍻 Wrapping up a neat little bite and dipping it deep into the sauce — it's absolute heaven ^^ The owner noticed me biting into a chili pepper and brought over a whole plate of thinly sliced peppers just for that! Talk about kindness?!! Whenever the vegetable plate starts running low, the owner quickly refills it — 👍 He really keeps an eye on every table even while super busy. They quickly refill your empty plates, and if you ask for anything extra, you get a bright smile as a bonus 😁 We ordered three plates thinking it might be too much, but she and I cheered each other on and cleaned every single plate, haha. This is a place I want to go every time I visit Da Nang. I still haven't found anywhere else that does nem nướng as well as they do here 😋 If you're near Jolly Mart and see smoke rising from somewhere, follow the smoke and give it a try~ That's the very place, right here.
