Da Nang delicious Sot Vang restaurant Pho Long Hoi

This is Pho Long Hoi, famous for its Sot Vang near My Khe Beach in Da Nang. Pho Long Hoi-122. It's a place I go to often! There are two branches. The pho is delicious too, but you really must try the Banh Mi Sot Vang! Think of Banh Mi Sot Vang as a combination of Vietnamese-style beef stew and baguette bread, and the beef soup has generous, tender chunks of pork simmered thoroughly in wine. The broth is amazing, and if you add a bit of garlic vinegar and a chili pepper from the table as a side, it's the ultimate hangover cure! Hehehe.
