Trip) Heungnyunsa Rest Stop Restaurant
[Naver Map] Heungnyunsa Rest Stop 40-17 Cheongnyang-ro 70beon-gil, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon https://naver.me/xgTSB5Q4 There's a temple called Heungnyunsa in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon. There's a great little restaurant here called Heungnyunsa Rest Stop. It seems like a lot of people visiting the temple use it too, but even more people come here specifically just to eat. Their main dishes are pajeon (Korean pancakes) and sujebi (hand-torn noodle soup) along with kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), and The tables and chairs are made of stone, so there's something special about eating pajeon while enjoying the view at the outdoor tables. ^^ I was going to have kalguksu but had sujebi instead — the sujebi was delicious, and the potato pancake was delicious too. The potato pancake was especially large and thick, with a nice crispy texture — really tasty. Rather than treating it as "going to a temple," try going out for some fresh air, stopping by a nice restaurant, and enjoying good food along the way~ ^^ Right below Heungnyunsa Temple, there's also a famous bakery called Woorridongne Sogeumppang (Cinq Valeur) known for its salt bread, so be sure to stop by~^^
