From thick pork belly to tender beef short rib: the thick pork belly and pork neck were juicy and full of flavor, and the beef short rib was so tender that as soon as it was grilled, my kids devoured it. It was every bit as satisfying as a decent Korean BBQ place back home. 🥩 Hearty side dishes and doenjang jjigae: Fresh lettuce wraps, chopped green onion salad, and fluffy steamed egg along with kimchi pancake made the basic side dishes really generous, giving it that authentic Korean-food feeling.
