✈️ Review) Watching Da Nang's International Fireworks Festival - Comfortably from the Radisson Hotel~
This year I wanted to watch from a cruise ship, so I picked a cheap one and made a cheap cruise booking. Maybe because it was a cheap ticket, but I got forcibly cancelled on the very day of the fireworks. I thought about taking a taxi and watching from the street like last year, but that seemed like way too much of a hassle, so I asked the Radisson Hotel if they happened to have a rooftop or something where you could watch the fireworks. The Radisson Hotel is on the My Khe Beach line, so The rooftop pool overlooks My Khe Beach, so you can't see the Rovotel Hotel side on the Han River, and although you can see it well from the corridor, I didn't want to stand for a long time in a narrow corridor just to look at it. The staff said that if I paid just 100,000 dong, I could see it from the 21st floor rooftop pool. A pool? But that one has the My Khe Beach view too, huh? Still, thinking "oh, only 100,000 dong? That's cheap," I went up to check it out. There's a gym facility across from the pool on the 21st floor, and I noticed they'd pushed the exercise equipment aside and set up tables and chairs in that space instead. And on top of that, it had a view directly facing the Novotel side~ It was amaaazing! Hahaha. What was even more amazing was that after the fireworks ended and I was leaving, they gave me back 100,000 dong. Lol. (I guess it was some kind of deposit for reserving a seat) In conclusion!! I enjoyed the fireworks for free, in a nice spot with air conditioning, comfortably eating delicious food — it was such a great deal! I paid 100,000 dong to reserve a seat, went swimming and had fun, and when it was almost time for the fireworks, I went upstairs to a room with air conditioning, comfortably ordered beer and snacks, and enjoyed watching for an hour. They even turned off the indoor lights so we could see the fireworks better. An employee stayed in the room the whole time and provided food and beverage service. They're holding the fireworks festival again next year, and if I visit Da Nang during the festival period again, I'll definitely stay at the Radisson~^^

The view I looked out at during the day, so proud of designating it a magnet spot~ It's the Novotel view with the Han River in sight~ Far off in the front is the Novotel.

To make room, I cleared out all the gym equipment on one side.

They also set up comfortable chairs arranged to match the number of guests reserved, and made sure there was plenty of space so tables weren't crammed right up against other groups. We watched the Canada and China teams, and wow~~ the China team was truly amazing! After watching Canada, when we saw the China team in part 2, the scale of their fireworks was so incredible it just left us in awe. The Chinese fireworks were sooo mesmerizing~

The fireworks I filmed from the front were really just taken on my phone, so I couldn't capture their beauty vividly enough to properly share it with you.

They even turned off the indoor lights so I could see it well.

I ordered a combo set with BBQ skewers and a combo set with fish and chips, and also some dried snacks, but I only see a photo of the skewers ㅎ Oh, and about the VIP membership at Radisson Hotel, food and beverage discounts apply to everything except alcoholic drinks.^^ I thought it was 15%, but at checkout they mentioned 20%, and when I tried to find the receipt to verify, I couldn't find it.

The place where you see the laser light is the Novotel Hotel. The front view of the Novotel visible from the hallway~
