Crystal Bay Airlines is a newly established Vietnamese startup airline, and since its official routes haven't been confirmed or announced yet, I'm quite curious about it.. It seems like it might have been founded by Crystal Bay Tour Group, a travel specialist company, after seeing the demand for travel to Vietnam... I'm really curious about it.. A new airline has been born in Vietnam. According to the Vietnam National Business Registration Portal, the newly established airline Crystal Bay Airlines has recently completed its corporate incorporation. The company was founded on November 6 of last year with a capital of 300 billion VND (approximately 11.4 million USD), and it operates 51 businesses including air passenger transport services. In terms of ownership structure, Crystal Bay Tourism Group holds the majority stake at 94%, while Chairman Nguyen Duc Chi and CEO Bui Tuong Chi hold 5% and 1%, respectively. The rest is omitted...
