โฃ๏ธ(Travel) Gwangju Sansu-ssambap ๐ฅฌ
https://maps.app.goo.gl/aRSojzAWtS1jgH4ZA I went on a trip to Gwangju last month~ My son insisted we absolutely had to visit Yojip, so we went. We had actually gone last summer too, but back then the waiting line was so long that we gave up and just left. Remembering that, this time we hurried a little earlier and arrived around 11am, and we got in right away with no waiting at all!! It was already quite crowded even though it opens at 10, and right after we got in, it filled up completely and a waiting line formed. Still, the turnover seems pretty fast, so everyone seemed okay with waiting. We let our son order on his own โ he said the most basic dish is the tastiest, so he ordered the Ureong Ssambap set meal for 3 people! The full table spread was really neat and tidy. This place's kick is the sujebi (boiled pork) and conch marinated radish salad โ it looks tough but is actually cooked wonderfully soft and tender! And I really loved the tangy white kimchi. They kept refilling the side dishes, and it was great that you could get refills on the radish salad too ๐ The three of us enjoyed it so much that we felt it wasn't quite enough, so we added extra boiled pork and extra rice ๐ My son has very traditional Korean tastes, so this kind of place is just perfect for times like this~ You don't even have to eat anything greasy ๐ My son and both my husband and I were really satisfied with this meal โ it's the kind of place you absolutely have to stop by when you visit Gwangju ^^
