🏨 Shilla Monogram "Coffee Making Class

A fam tour I joined as a friend! Shilla Monogram, April 12–15, 2026. After the lantern-making class we took a short break, then moved to Bistro M to join the coffee-making class. As expected, everything was set up at each seat, and the class began with the staff's kind explanation and an introduction to the coffee beans

We listened to explanations of three kinds of coffee beans and smelled their aromas, asking any questions we had, and everyone threw themselves passionately into the coffee lesson. After all, we're all pretty into coffee, haha

They also explained the filter (phin) in detail, and we tasted a brew made from the pre-extracted concentrate with more condensed milk than expected—sure enough, it was very sweet, aww

We made and tasted an iced americano filled with ice and a latte with milk—it was a fun time making Vietnamese coffee. The experience takes no more than an hour, so anyone really into coffee should sign up and give it a try
