The cheese tastes like fermented skate..

Luckily I devoured two plates of breakfast and had cheese. The first bite was good, but then my whole mouth was filled with the lingering smell of fermented skate... It made me put my chopsticks down. I brought over a third of the bánh cuốn... and now the plate is empty!!! Auntie!!! More bánh cuốn please!!!!
