I chose the basic 3kg option. The price varies depending on the weight. There's an additional delivery fee depending on the hotel's location. It was a little under 3kg, but I requested express service and paid an extra 10,000 VND for a quick same-day pickup and delivery. It was done in about 4 hours, and they left it at the hotel lobby for me. I paid generously in advance, and they neatly returned the change in an envelope inside the clothing bag. Both the delicious snacks and the fragrant clothes were very satisfying 👍 I'll definitely use this service again next time~^^
