🐎 Sokcho..

A friend said they'd treat me to sashimi so I came. The sea bream looked plump so I bought the biggest one. They slice the sashimi amazingly. They said it's a shame the sea bream's head is so big, and asked if I'd take the head and bones, then packed them so I could make spicy fish stew. The flesh is so springy and chewy!!! Oh!!! I ended up paying... even though I barely eat sashimi
