Cucumber season but late due to travel, rushing today lol. Made pancakes with leftover veggies for lunch, mixed in some banh xeo flour

Had an iced americano and slowly mixed it all. Some stuffed cucumber kimchi, rest as easy-to-eat seasoned salad

Now wrapping up and relaxing with cool watermelon^^
