My own shopping find! Vietnamese rice crackers! Vietnamese rice crackers I bought at Ba Mien market They're called banh trang They're made from rice flour and fried, and you can just eat them plain, or they're also often eaten wrapped with other ingredients There's a Vietnamese dish called mi Quang, a mixed rice noodle dish, and these are often served as a side with it Vietnamese banh trang rice crackers are lightly seasoned, so a lot of people enjoy them as a snack with drinks too I bought these to give to an acquaintance. There were thin banh trang that look like fried rice paper and slightly thicker ones, so we picked the slightly thicker ones! One bag has 3 sheets for 10,000 dong!! We bought a total of 10 bags for 100,000 dong~ I also opened one bag and tasted it, and I totally understood why people say they keep reaching for more, haha Doesn't it feel like our country's rice puffs (bbeong튀기) already have seasoning on them? Once you start, you can't stop, haha 😁 You can easily buy them not only at Ba Na Hills market, but also in Da Nang and Hoi An.
