✈️ Breakfast restaurant at the Radisson Hotel where we enjoyed delicious grilled galbi
One of the reasons I like the Radisson Hotel breakfast restaurant is that there are so many food options — lots of meat, seafood, and various dishes, plus so many kinds of bread. It really seems like a great spot for bread~^^ The main menu items at the breakfast restaurant seem to change a bit each time, but there always seems to be at least one meat, one seafood, and one other dish. On this day, they had charcoal-grilled galbi (ribs), and also braised eggplant like the kind that comes in Vietnamese home-style meals. There was a seafood stir-fry packed full of LA-style grilled short ribs, octopus, and squid. We enjoyed the grilled short ribs, braised eggplant, japchae, and ate until our bellies were full and happy. Of course all the basics like kimchi and kimbap were there too. We ordered passion fruit juice and iced coffee, but the passion fruit juice came out seedless, so I thought it was orange juice, haha. The freshly squeezed juice they brought was delicious. Sleeping soundly on fluffy bedding, eating a hearty meal someone else made for me — starting my morning in Da Nang like this today.~^^
