🇻🇳 Da Nang Trip Review ✈️ Our first meal was at a great bun cha restaurant!
Moc Vien https://maps.app.goo.gl/3TnzPWVZBXhABxdr8?g_st=ac Business hours Every day 6:00 AM ~ 9:00 PM Before the trip, I kept watching YouTube wondering if there's some new great restaurant out there... I searched around little by little in my spare time~ Actually, when you travel to Vietnam, the food menus are pretty much all similar, so no matter where you go, they've at least got the basics covered, right? I always eat pretty similar food, but I love the fun of seeking out places I haven't been to, so I've been poking around here and there looking for spots. I'm more of a bun cha person than a pho person, so I really love hunting down places with delicious bun cha, haha. I heard that Mộc Viên's Hanoi-style bun cha and crab spring rolls are delicious, so I ordered from there. Before the food came out, I walked around the place taking pictures and ended up exchanging eye-smiles with the owner several times, haha 😅 There are outdoor tables and an air-conditioned room too, and since it was hot, they showed me to the AC room. But... the AC hadn't been turned on ahead of time, so it took a while to actually cool down~ 🤣 Still, I appreciate that they made the effort to look out for me ^^

Since I was aiming for 5 meals a day, I was hungry, but simply one Bun Cha and one crab spring roll each, along with a cold Huda beer ❤️ Finally, time to taste it 😆 Honestly, it's not like "wow~~~ super delicious!!" but the meatballs and meat portions were generous with no gamey smell, the sauce was warm & clean, and since they grilled it directly on the grill for us, the smoky flavor was nice too~ I used to always get spring rolls with meat in them, but the crab rolls were light and delicious! Bun cha was 45,000 dong, and the crab spring rolls were 20,000 dong each. The price wasn't bad and the taste was great too, so if you like bun cha, I think it's worth trying at least once - I recommend it! ^^
