It seems like a village where pottery artisans live. It took about 20 minutes by bike from the Hoi An hotel. I went early in the morning by bike, combining a walk and a drive, and the road was completely packed with groups of Western tourists on bikes. I squeezed in among them and rode along together. Haha The outskirts of Hoi An are a bit quiet, so it's great for cycling.

The porcelain museum only opens at 8, so I couldn't look around inside. I went to the hotel and had breakfast because I had another schedule after that. While riding the bike, I took a quick snap of the outdoor scenery here and there!~^^

From early in the morning, Vietnamese people are so hardworking and always on the move. At the harbor where seafood is sold, I get to look around at all kinds of seafood. There are even street butcher shops, and I saw many people buying meat there. In our country, buying raw meat on the street would be unthinkable, haha.

I was walking in loose, flapping pants when they got caught right in the middle of the street. I struggled alone trying to pull my pants free, but they were stuck so tight that they wouldn't come loose. While I was having a hard time, a passing lady told me to wait, went off somewhere nearby, and brought back scissors and a rubber band to help me out. She rolled my pants up to the knees and tied them up neatly, telling me to go like that. So I rode my bike showing off my ugly legs. Haha. She was truly such a kind person. Those pants went straight into the trash bin~ No more flappy pants when riding a bike! Hahaha.

When you enter the Pottery Village, there are lots of charming little ceramic bowls, ceramic lanterns, and all kinds of pottery you can buy, and you can also try hands-on experiences.

I bought a wall lamp and it's got a nice mood, really pretty. It's ceramic so it's a bit heavy, but when you turn it on at night it looks so pretty~^^ If you have time, you should visit Hoi An's pottery village too.
