These days my schedule is short, and since I only have time to go to just one banh mi shop around Hansijang market, at some point around Hansijang market... I mostly only go to Coti Banh Mi, so I haven't been able to try out many other banh mi places. So it had been a while, and I decided to visit Happy Bread Banh Mi. This is a place where I usually could only do pickup because there was never a seat available, but for some reason it was quiet today. Maybe it's because a lot of banh mi places have opened up nearby... I ordered my favorite JJ banh mi and a corn milk, but they said the corn drink was sold out. I ordered mango juice instead, and wow, it was so thick and rich — sweet and delicious~^^ Since it's an open kitchen, you can watch them make it right in front of you. If you're peckish after shopping at the traditional market and looking for a cool, tasty banh mi spot, Happy Bread Banh Mi is a solid choice~^^
