Anh Toi, a great restaurant at Han Market in Da Nang — the combo of banh xeo and Tiger draft beer is the best

While wandering around downtown Da Nang, I stopped by the famous An Toi (Michelin 2024, 2025) to try some delicious local food. From the outside, it's all yellow and full of exotic charm, so it caught my eye even from far away. ✨ As soon as I walked in, I ordered a cold Tiger draft beer to wet my throat, and it felt like the heat just melted away. 🍺 For the menu, we ordered generously with the must-eat combinations you have to try when you come to Vietnam. The banh xeo, with its perfectly crispy texture, was absolutely delicious wrapped in rice paper with vegetables, and the appetizing shrimp dish and the crunchy morning glory (stir-fried water spinach) exceeded my expectations too. Add to that a hot, spicy broth dish, and it was a perfect spread that made the beer go down oh so smoothly. The spices weren't overpowering, and overall the flavors were clean and crowd-pleasing, so I could see why it's famous as a must-visit spot in Da Nang.
