My friend brought some to our lodging and we boiled it into fish cake soup, and it was so delicious that on the last day of my Busan trip, before catching the train, I visited the store and bought some myself. I'm happy you put it in the ice cooler bag — the cooler bag itself is nice too. Whenever I go to Busan, I always end up buying eomuk (fish cake) to bring home. There are so many kinds — Goraesa eomuk, Samjin eomuk, Hwangong eomuk, and more~^^ I've eaten a lot of Goraesa or Samjin eomuk, and I've received Hwangong eomuk as a gift and also bought it once at Busan Station, but it was pricey so I've only tried it that one time haha. This time, the one from Jangwoo-son, we finished it all within just 3 days after getting home... Even the basic eomuk were delicious. The Cheongyang fish cake is also slightly spicy but not too spicy, and even the kids ate it well. I meant to make soup or a side dish with it, but I just warmed it up a bit in the microwave and ate it like a snack, and it disappeared in no time.
