Review) ▶️✍️ Bringing Banh Mi bread back to Korea
On my last trip, I packed a bunch of zipper bags because I wanted to bring banh mi bread back to Korea. But with the 15kg baggage weight limit, I couldn't fit them in and had to give up.. This time the baggage allowance is generous, so I packed a ton of zipper bags to buy a lot. Hehehe. But guess what, I only ended up ordering a measly 15 of them... The person next to me is grumbling away.. Hahahaha I ordered from Banh Mi 365 on the Grab app. There was a minimum order amount, and ordering just 10 wasn't enough, so I added 5 more~^^ That's why it's 15 in total.. On the day of checkout, while I was packing my bags, I ordered through Grab and it was delivered to the hotel lobby!

As soon as the delivery arrived, I divided it into portions and put them in zipper bags.

I have so many extra zipper bags... lol. I ended up bringing back just the empty zipper bags to Korea again.

Snap it the moment it arrives in the hotel lobby! It's still steaming warm~^^ It won't reach your room, so please pick it up in the lobby. Once you're back in Korea, it goes straight to the freezer~

Take the banh mi out of the freezer and pop it in the air fryer for about 3 minutes — crispy outside, soft and moist inside! I usually make it with bulgogi, but a few days ago I tried it with dakgangjeong (sweet crispy fried chicken) instead~ There's nothing much for toppings inside. I skipped the veggies since I didn't have any, just warmed up some frozen seasoned dakgangjeong and put it in, then drizzled on some chicken sauce and mustard sauce. The kids say it's so delicious, it disappears in no time. ⬇️ Order via the Grab app

When you open the Grab app, there's food on the main page, so you click on food - search for banh mi - And a bunch of banh mi bread vendors pop up in a row~~ I click on Banh Mi 365!

If you look at the menu photos there, you'll see a plain banh mi bread without any toppings. Just click on the plain banh mi bread.

6,000 dong each! 15 pieces come to 90,000 dong, and the fee took about 22,000 dong.

The Grab driver was sweating so much, so I gave him a tip and he was so happy~^^ ‼️Plain banh mi can be brought to Korea in both carry-on and checked baggage. (Banh mi with toppings cannot be brought into Korea)
