Danang travel review ✈️ A bittersweet farewell to our rental car driver!
Before wrapping up the whole itinerary, my friend got off at the rental shop in Da Nang to rent a motorbike, and I took the rental car by myself to the hotel. On the way to the accommodation... the driver and I ended up having such a long conversation in the car. Since we couldn't communicate easily, we used a translation app and kept chatting non-stop until we arrived at the hotel — both in Hoi An and in Da Nang. They seemed both puzzled and pitying, seeing us rent a motorbike like that, haha. They kept saying to me, "If you talk to the hotel, you can rent a motorbike!" ➡️ I already know that! "Or ask the hotel to rent a motorbike and have it delivered to you!" ➡️ Ah~ it's okay! "You could use it so conveniently, why aren't you doing it?" ➡️ Because we don't have an international driver's license That's because you can only ride an electric motorbike! "Since it's the Vietnamese national holiday, many people have gone traveling to Hanoi." ➡️ Ah~ I see! "But I'm too busy to be with my family" ➡️ Yeah... that must be a shame ^^ "Tomorrow I'm also going to the airport to pick up guests" ➡️ Yeah... happy Vietnamese Independence Day (A quick closing remark to break off the conversation) and so on. After the final congratulatory greeting, the driver's face still lights up so happily in my memory, haha. As we chatted away pleasantly, we arrived before we knew it~ After unloading the luggage from the trunk, since he had worked hard all day, we gave him a small token of appreciation and said our reluctant goodbyes before parting ways. All thanks to the rental car service we always trust and use. We had a comfortable and safe day of travel, and it came to a wonderful close.

I spent it with you ❤️
