Danang review ✈️ review of taking packed sweet potato fries back to Korea

I've posted a few times about packing 10 bags of sweet potato fries and bringing them back to Korea, so I thought some of you might be curious whether they'd actually taste the same eaten at home. I figured I'd write up my honest review after actually trying them. First, I bought 10 large bags in Da Nang for 300,000 dong, let them cool for a bit, and put them into ziplock bags I'd brought with me. I divided them into portions of 5 bags each and packed them into two zipper bags. As soon as I got home, I spread them out neatly and sent them straight to the freezer!!! And whenever I want to eat them, I skip the thawing and just pop them in the air fryer at 165 degrees for 12 minutes. The long sweet potato fries did shrink a little, but fried ones and air-fried ones have such a different texture that they were still really delicious. Now my son says this is the only thing he wants me to buy when I go to Da Nang~ He says it's even tastier than potato fries, haha! TIP: When you order the fried sweet potatoes, make sure to ask them to sprinkle on plenty of seasoning!! That way, when you eat it at home, the sauce soaks in really well and it tastes even better 😋
