❣️I went and ate the tray-style braised bone stew (jaengban-ppyeojjim) that (travel) YouTuber Hibab had visited😋

My dad, who usually loves watching YouTube videos! For Parents' Day, I visited Mintaeyang Jaengban-ppyeojjim Kalguksu, located in Cheongna, Seo-gu, Incheon, that my dad had wanted to try ^^ The visual of the tray-style braised bones was amazing, loaded with seafood-stew seasoning sauce and a ton of bean sprouts! There were even a few bones on there bigger than the palm of my friend who has famously large hands. Even a medium size is plenty for four people! Since we love eating hearty portions, we were going to order a large size along with the kalguksu to make sure we had enough. But the owner recommended that the portion is already big, so we should eat first and order extra if we're still short. So we ordered a medium tray-steamed bone dish, one kalguksu, and one cold soba, and the four of us ate until we were full. The only slight downside was that this place doesn't serve fried rice. I put rice in the seasoning with a bowl of rice and mixed it all up to eat, and honestly it was pretty tasty too haha. Since they said famous food YouTubers had visited this place, my dad had super high expectations, but now he says he wouldn't need to eat it a second time 😅🤣. I guess it wasn't quite as extremely delicious as expected 🤭. Oh! The owner seemed really confident about the kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup), but personally I don't like kalguksu, so... It was even worse because it was ox bone broth;; Overall it was a meal with a lot of disappointments, but Dad picked it, so I'm innocent~!!🤣 Next year I'll take you to a more delicious restaurant!🫡 (friend's words)
