(Travel) Gunsan Railroad Village

One day last August when the weather was so nice~ I traveled a long way to attend a fun gathering^^ I made the most of a day-trip course and had such a great time in Gunsan that the lingering feeling still hasn't faded. We met up in Gunsan, and for the first stop we dropped by Railroad Village. With the narrow railroad tracks running down the middle, both sides were lined with nostalgic snack shops and 'ppopgi' candy stalls that really brought back that old-fashioned feeling... There were rows of them everywhere. Back when I was little, I loved claw machines so much that whenever I got allowance money from my parents, I'd blow it all in a single day. What I got in return was a ban on allowance and a good spanking, but that day, without any of those worries, I had a blast playing the claw machine with my friend's money 🤭 Only landing on 4th or 5th place though, so I quickly lost interest 😅

Anyone here who's burned a spoon or ladle as a kid? Lol Me! 🙋‍♀️ Bringing back old memories, I sweated buckets making dalgona candy and stamped it with pretty autumn leaf-shaped molds, secretly wishing for autumn to come soon, haha. Because cool autumn is so much better than hot summer 😁

I took a lot of playful, fun photos, and while reminiscing about my childhood, which I had almost forgotten, I had such a wonderful time ^^
