Shilla Monogram Da Nang is a great spot for breakfast 😋

Breakfast at The Shilla Monogram Danang is served at Dining M on the basement floor. It offers a harmonious blend of Korean cuisine, crafted with the expertise of The Shilla Hotel in Korea, and local Vietnamese dishes, earning very high satisfaction among Korean travelers. It's available daily from 6:30 to 10:30 AM, priced at approximately USD 25–35 per adult (about 1,149,000 VND, or roughly 63,000 KRW). Booking a room package that includes breakfast is much more economical than paying on-site.

The Korean food corner (kimchi, bulgogi, japchae, soup dishes, etc.) is well stocked, so it's very popular with family travelers bringing children or parents. You can also order instant Vietnamese pho and banh mi baguettes, as well as egg dishes like omelets and eggs Benedict. Being part of the Shilla Hotel group, the bakery items such as croissants and pastries are excellent in quality, and there's also a wide variety of seasonal fruits, including mangoes. After 8:30 AM, it can get crowded and you may have to wait, so if you'd like a relaxed meal, we recommend visiting before 8 AM. On cool days, the terrace seating is also lovely.

On day 1 of my March visit, I definitely went with an opening run. The reason is that I could take photos comfortably, haha. Thanks to that, I got to take food photos at a leisurely pace, but before long the dining hall got crowded and there was even a waiting line forming outside. Seeing that scene, I tried to do opening runs as much as possible through day 4. Since the menu is so varied, I captured the menu changing day by day from day 1 to day 4 in my photos.

The rice noodle soup is prepared fresh every day in three varieties, and if you order according to your taste, they'll whip it up for you right away; the egg dishes are also finished deliciously if you request your preferred level of doneness. The ice cream here is delicious too, so make sure to try the coconut ice cream for dessert 👍 We had a really hearty spread from day one 😁 On day 2, we failed the opening rush so we ended up a bit far from the food, but we still ate well and were full. On day 3, the menu had changed back to the day-1 lineup. I wonder why my friend brought lime soaked into the pho they picked up for me 😅 Still, I slurped it down happily, and I really enjoyed my top pick — the pork belly kimchi stir-fry with rice.

Speaking cautiously about the breakfasts we had over our 4-night stay, the taste and quality were quite good. The main dish changed daily but repeated in a 4-day cycle, so it got a little repetitive, but as a couple who usually skips breakfast, we were able to eat well and enjoy three solid meals a day for all 4 days. It's a bit of a shame that it's getting more crowded and chaotic, so it would be even better if everyone could just be a little more mindful of manners.
