The fitness center is on the 1st floor of the main building and operates 24 hours a day, so you can conveniently use it anytime. It's free for hotel guests, and for safety reasons, only guests aged 16 and above are allowed to enter. You'll need to bring your own workout clothes and shoes, as no rental service is available, and indoor-only sports shoes must be worn upon entry. Towels and bottled water are provided inside the gym.

Since it's open 24 hours, you can use it anytime without worrying about the clock, which seems great for people who love working out. I'm not really into exercise myself, so I only tried out the equipment here and there, haha, but the range of equipment was really well put together. There are wet wipes and tangerines ready at the entrance, and the towels are neatly folded and organized, so people who sweat a lot can feel free to use them without hesitation. Since there weren't many people using it, it seemed like a nice quiet place to keep up your routine.

The Sulwhasoo Spa is located on the 1st floor of the main building, and reservations are required in advance to use your preferred time slot. Guests staying at the hotel can book through the in-room phone or the lobby reception, while outside guests can purchase a voucher in advance by phone (+84-235-625-0088) or through a travel booking platform to make a reservation. You need to arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time to receive the program in full — if you're more than 15 minutes late, your session may be cancelled or shortened, so please be punctual. All menu prices already include the service charge (tip), so there's no need to give the therapist an extra tip.

We offer premium care using Sulwhasoo products, and prices may vary depending on the season and exchange rate. Muscle relaxation massage is about 1,590,000 VND for 70 minutes and about 2,190,000 VND for 90 minutes; focused back, neck, and shoulder care is about 1,490,000 VND for 60 minutes; and foot reflexology is about 790,000 VND for 30 minutes. The interior reflects the elegant and serene identity of the Korean Sulwhasoo brand, and all aroma oils and care products used are from the Sulwhasoo line.

This time I only looked around Sulwhasoo Spa and didn't get to experience it directly. The price range is high, but it's so famous by word of mouth among people who enjoy luxury spas. I'm curious what kind of care you'd get using Sulwhasoo, the Korean cosmetics brand, so if I get the chance, I'd love to try it myself sometime. I couldn't film the inside, but doesn't just looking at the waiting area already give off that luxurious feel?
