The pho place I originally planned to go to was closed when I got there that day, ugh ใ ใ so this is the place I visited as a backup option. This one was also a place I had saved on Google... And in the end, I left satisfied ~ Hแปง Tiแบฟu Mแปฑc Thuแบญn Thร nh You'll notice there are two shops with different entrances, but they're both actually the same place.. Most people seem to sit on the right side to eat.. I was also guided to the right side.
We don't have beef pho. We only have squid, shrimp, and blue crab pho. We also sell drinks.
Since it's an old shop, you can feel the age in the interior and tables. There are also tissues and seasonings placed nearby.
I ordered the basic crab rice noodle soup and the kuay teow. First off, the visual alone was really surprising. The broth is also different from the beef rice noodle broth we're used to โ it's thick and has a mysterious flavor... and it's totally addictive, haha. As for the noodles, unlike the flat noodles I had the day before, these are round and thick, and the texture is better than udon noodles. You get to experience a variety of ingredients too... in a word, it's delicious~~!! It's an addictive taste! I keep thinking about it... lol
It was such a hot day that I got thirsty, so I also ordered a passion fruit drink on top of everything. If you add the spicy sauce at the end and eat it that way, you can enjoy a whole different flavor~
After finishing the meal and coming out, even the outdoor tables were already packed with customers~~^^ This place is really good!! ~~
Discovering a new great restaurant is one of the joys of traveling~~ I've decided my next target is that cafรฉ across the street, packed with local young people!! To be continue!!
