๐ป๐ณIf you're curious about a different kind of rice noodle soup..^^
The rice noodle place I originally wanted to go to was closed when I got there that day, ใ ใ so this was my backup choice. I actually had this place saved on Google too... and in the end, I'm glad I came! Hแปง Tiแบฟu Mแปฑc Thuแบญn Thร nh - you'll see two entrances that look like different shops, but they're actually the same place. Most people seem to sit on the right side, and I was also guided to the right.

We don't have beef pho. We only have squid, shrimp, and blue crab pho. We also sell drinks alongside them.

Since it's an old shop, the interior and tables really show their age... and there are tissues and condiments placed right next to you as well.

I ordered the basic crab rice noodles and quแบฉy (fried dough sticks). First of all, the visual presentation was really unique. The broth is also different from the beef rice noodle broth we usually know... it's thick and has this mysterious flavor, and it's pretty addictive~ใ ใ Also, the noodles from the rice noodles I had the day before were flat noodles... but here they're round and thick noodles, and the texture is better than udon noodles. You get to experience a variety of ingredients too... In short, it's delicious~~!! An addictive taste! I keep thinking about it...ใ ใ

It was such a hot day that I got thirsty, so I ordered a passion fruit drink as well. At the end, if you add the spicy seasoning, you can enjoy a whole different flavor~

As we were leaving after eating, we noticed the outdoor tables were already packed with customers too ~~^^ This place is really popular!

Discovering a new great restaurant is one of the joys of traveling~~ Just decided my next target: a cafe across the street packed with local young people!! To be continued!!
