✈️Da Nang Airport Fast Track!📢 Compared to before! What's changed and the current downsides of the fast track!😭

I applied for the Da Nang fast track for a round trip. Getting through immigration at Da Nang airport is a bit hit or miss, and since the Parata Airlines flight arrives around 9 PM, I've been debating whether to do the arrival fast track this time. Even though it was the same time slot last time I entered, there were so many people at Da Nang airport that I felt it was a good thing I had the fast track. Just in case it gets crowded again, I ended up applying for it again this time.

Fast Track staff, nice to meet you!~^^

In front of Gate B when departing from Da Nang Airport, I ran into this person again, whom I've been meeting a few times since last year — nice to see you again. ^^ I met the staff member in front of Gate B, and when I went inside the airport... oh my;;; there was such a huge crowd. Whew~~~~ I was thinking, what if the check-in line is long? But then... again... The PAT staff member said, just like last time, to go check in first, and it'll be fine. Hahahaha So I stood in line and checked in. Last time I asked a Fast Track staff member, "Do I have to stand in line? Won't you let me skip ahead anymore?" and the answer I got was, "Fast Track was originally only for the immigration checkpoint!" Since we couldn't really communicate, I just gave up and stood in line... I've been using Fast Track for years now, so what was it that let me go first at check-in all this time? Haha. I went to the airport 3 hours early and there were about 5 groups ahead of me in line, so it wasn't too long, but... If the line was long, that fast-track system lately probably felt pretty annoying, huh..

🚩 When departing from Da Nang Airport, I wanted to leave a post about something a little disappointing regarding the departure fast track. As a Da Nang local veteran — aka an old-timer sitting in the back room, lol — I've been using the fast track for a long time now, ever since it first opened.... Up until the first half of last year, whenever I met the fast track staff, if there was a line at the check-in counter, they would pull me out separately to the front and prioritize my luggage and check-in, and I went through immigration quickly by following the guidance to the counter~ But since last year, oddly at Da Nang Airport, even when checking in, even if there was a line ahead, they wouldn't let me cut in and told me to just wait in line to check in. They only let me go through immigration first. In the second half of last year, since Parata Airlines was a new route, I figured maybe there was no agreement yet with the airport, so we had to line up for check-in. The second time with Parata Airlines was the same, so I thought "ah, Parata Airlines still hasn't changed." But looking at everyone's reviews this time, it doesn't seem like it's Parata Airlines itself... it seems more like it's a matter of luck depending on the discretion of the fast track staff. Recently, one member mentioned that at check-in they didn't have to wait in line and were pulled to the front and checked in first, so seeing that makes it pretty clear. And this time again, using fast track, and being told again to check in and drop off luggage myself... I wonder if all the fast track staff recently agreed to just do it that way. At Da Nang Airport check-in, not having to line up and just handing over checked baggage... I guess I shouldn't expect that anymore! Maybe it's just me... I miss the fast track staff from before.
