The best grilled meat restaurant in Da Nang

This is a spot I have to stop by every time I come to Da Nang. 😋

The grilled pork vermicelli here is truly delicious. The meat is grilled just right, evenly golden, fragrant, slightly charred outside yet still soft and sweet inside. Paired with vermicelli, fresh herbs and rich fish sauce, it's even more irresistible. Even when full, I still want a few more bites because it suits my taste so well

Another thing I like is that the owners are very friendly and warm. The side herbs are always brought out proactively, no need to ask, creating a very comfortable and thoughtful feeling

The place has no air conditioning, so it gets a bit stuffy on hot days, but the food quality and hospitality are more than enough to make me overlook this

If you have the chance to visit Da Nang, I highly recommend stopping by Quán Phú Hồng. A humble eatery, but the flavor makes me want to come back every chance I get
