Hello everyone! If in my previous post I reviewed Stella Maris with its modern European style, then today I'm going to post about another mid-range hotel "beauty" that's also located right on Vo Nguyen Giap beachfront road but has a completely different vibe: Maximilan Danang Beach Hotel.

I just wrapped up a 3-day, 2-night work trip combined with a little vacation here, and I had to pop in right away to praise how clean and tidy everything was, plus the sea view that's truly "priceless" for the money I paid.

📐 Minimalist Japanese design – Spotless down to every nook and cranny. My first impression of Maximilan was how neat and refined it is. With no fussy showiness, the hotel opts for light wood tones paired with elegant white and blue-gray hues.

• What I liked most: The bedroom is extremely tidy and spotlessly clean, true to the classic Japanese style. Every detail, from the desk corner and the built-in wardrobe to the bathroom, is designed to make very clever use of space.

• The "healing" view: I chose the Premier sea-view room. In the morning, the early sunlight streams through the thin voile curtains and lights up the whole room. Simply sitting by the windowsill, sipping a cup of hot tea and watching the waves lap against the distant shore is all you need for a new day full of energy.

The swimming pool is located on the top floor, with a uniquely designed curved edge that fully embraces views of My Khe Beach and the Son Tra Peninsula.

Practical tip: Around 6 - 7 a.m. or 4:30 p.m. is the golden time to come up here. At this time the weather is cool and the light is soft, so you can soak in the crystal-clear water while taking in the panoramic view of the windswept strait. Next to it is a rooftop bar serving fresh juices and quite tasty cocktails at very reasonable prices.

🍳 Meticulous Cuisine & Refined Hospitality

• Quality breakfast: The breakfast restaurant area is quite spacious, and the buffet menu is varied, ranging from soups, porridge, and bread to specialty noodle dishes from Central Vietnam. A plus is that the food is constantly replenished, so even if you come down to eat a little late, the food is always piping hot.

• Dedicated service: The staff at Maximilan scored full marks for their professionalism and gentleness. They always proactively opened doors, carried luggage, helped me call for rides, and recommended reputable motorbike rental places in Da Nang with an incredibly warm and welcoming attitude.

📍 Prime location – Abundant amenities all aroundSituated right on Vo Nguyen Giap, the "billion-dollar road", you only need to step out of the hotel door and walk a few steps to reach the sandy beach. This location is also extremely convenient for riding into the city center to eat and drink (it only takes 5 minutes across the Han River Bridge) or heading down toward Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountains) on the way to Hoi An.

Summary: 9.3/10 points. With an extremely reasonable price for a 4-star beachfront hotel, Maximilan delivers an experience that exceeds expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and professional service. This will be the ideal choice for office workers, couples who love elegance and minimalism, and anyone looking for a gentle, peaceful getaway away from the hustle and bustle.
