🇻🇳(Review) Serenity Villa Hoian_Family Room Pool View

Stay dates: Dec 1–3, 2024, 2 nights 3 days This is the place we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in Hoi An~ Here's my review of the room type at Serenity Villa Hoi An. Since I booked in a rush while already there, there were no cheap rooms available for two consecutive nights, so I ended up booking one night at a time.

The two room types I booked are located directly facing the photo. There are 3 Family Room Pool Views in total, one on each floor from 1st to 3rd floor. There is only 1 Rooftop Double Room, on the 4th floor. Please note that the room types shown there have the inconvenience of needing to keep the curtains closed for privacy protection. ✅️ Family Room Pool View ✔️Size: 40m² ✔️Standard occupancy: 3 adults (max 4 adults) ✔️2 queen beds ✔️View: Pool View ✔️Breakfast: Can be added (at check-in), was 90,000 VND at the time (currently 100,000 VND)

Various service items are listed. Right next door they also run a spa together, so you can use it as a 1+1 deal, but I skipped that one~ On my last trip, I didn't really get many massages... haha

As you open the door and step inside, on the left you'll see the view facing the terrace..

When you open the door and look to the right, you'll see the closet and the bathroom. There are extra pillows and towels available. There's a fan, but I haven't turned it on... haha. The air conditioner is a wall-mounted unit. Now, shall we take a look at the bathroom you're probably most curious about~

As you open the bathroom door and look straight ahead, there's a sink and a mirror. To the left, there's the toilet and shower area~ Toilet paper is fully stocked. I wasn't able to take detailed photos all the way inside the shower area. The mold in the bathroom isn't severe, but there is some... I guess the traces of time are just unavoidable... ㅠㅠ

Oh my!! I was so surprised when I saw the shower head.. Is this a place that doesn't maintain things..?? I replaced it with the shower filter I brought from my neighborhood.. But looking closely, it looked exactly the same as the shower filter I got here~~lol Maybe some previous guest left it behind and the host has just been reusing it lol Um... minus 10 points... For 3 people, this price seems pretty decent. The bed cushion was firm and fluffy, so that was nice.. But the shower room maintenance was a bit disappointing.
