Shamballa
Shamballa is located on Tran Hung Dao Street, on the east bank of the Han River. The kitchen here doesn't overdo "fake meat" vegetarian dishes; instead, it focuses on vegetables, mushrooms, beans, and Vietnamese spices, so the food is light on the stomach yet still full of flavor. The rooftop has an outdoor seating area with a direct view of the Dragon Bridge, most beautiful at sunset or during the weekend nights when the bridge breathes fire. The space is decorated in a tropical garden-house style, with lots of greenery and soft music — really nice for sitting a long while after a tiring day out. Besides the food, the café also has a really well-curated tea and juice corner — try the lotus tea or a detox juice if you're looking for some real relaxation. Whether guests are vegetarian, vegan, or simply looking for a light meal, everyone can find the perfect dish here.
