Continuing our series on hunting down super cozy places to stay in Da Nang, today I'm reviewing an international 4-star hotel whose price is incredibly "budget-friendly" for the quality: Stella Maris Beach Danang (located right on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, opposite Bathing Area No. 1 of My Khe Beach).

💎 Modern rooms, flooded with light. My first impression when I stepped into my room at Stella Maris was a level of cleanliness and elegance that exceeded my expectations for the mid-range segment. The room is designed in a neutral color palette (white, gray, dark wood) that feels very modern and refined.

• Big plus: The room I booked has a large glass wall facing the sea. Early in the morning, all I have to do is lazily lie in bed and press a button to open the curtains, and a whole view of blue sea and white sand appears right before my eyes.

• Thoughtful details: The beds here are super spacious and soft, and the soundproofing is quite good, so even though the hotel sits right on the bustling beachfront road, I still slept incredibly well at night without being bothered by traffic noise.

🏊‍♂️ The rooftop pool with an "infinity" panoramic viewThe most "worth-it" spot at this hotel is definitely the rooftop area (17th floor). Up here, there's an infinity pool that, while not very large, offers a panoramic view that takes in all of My Khe Beach from above.

🍳 Quality breakfast buffet and a classy restaurant What surprised me quite a bit at Stella Maris was the breakfast buffet. Mid-range hotels usually have a pretty monotonous breakfast menu, but here the food is very diverse and changes from day to day. From Western dishes like bread, salads, and cold cuts to local specialties such as fish cake noodle soup and Quang noodles, everything is seasoned just right. The restaurant area features an open design flooded with natural light, so having breakfast there feels very relaxing and energizing.

📍 10/10 location – "Cross the street and you're right at the sea"When it comes to convenience, there's simply nothing to argue about. The hotel sits right on the beachfront, so you only need to walk across the street and your feet will already be touching the soft sand of My Khe Beach. Around the hotel, you'll find plenty of large seafood restaurants, family-style eateries, 24/7 convenience stores, and the hottest sea-view cafés in Da Nang. Taking an evening walk along the breezy beach is absolutely wonderful.

Summary: 9.2/10 points. With prices ranging from just 600,000 VND to 900,000 VND per night (depending on room type and season), everything Stella Maris offers, from its prime location and luxurious rooms to its spectacular rooftop pool, is truly an incredible deal.
