After walking for quite a while, I ended up going around the whole neighborhood, whoosh~ Round and round I went, only to end up right back where I started lol There was a shortcut, but a local old man got angry at us, and since the two of us are total scaredy-cats... We ended up taking a big, big loop all the way around the neighborhood instead! Well, this too will become an experience and a memory~ Having a good laugh with her, we settled for some unplanned milk tea instead. Túc Tắc Tea It seems to be a local milk tea hotspot, because customers of all ages and genders kept coming in nonstop. This was actually a place I meant to visit last September but never got around to, so I was personally curious about the taste. I went with her. Standing in front of 뚝탁티 (Ttuktakti), I stared at the menu for a while, but the names were all so unfamiliar 🤣😅. I got a recommendation for the signature drink from the staff, and following the younger customers ordering toppings, I ordered as best I could by reading the room. 1 fruit drink, 1 milk tea, 3 added toppings = 92,000 VND. About 5,200 won worth of happiness 💕

As I sat waiting for a bit in the waiting area, it came out faster than I expected! I took my drink, hopped in a Grab, and headed back to the hotel. Relaxing in the room with a view of the night skyline, a refreshing cup of milk tea! Ahh~😆

The milk tea itself tasted great, but my "guess the toppings" strategy totally failed 🤣🤣🤣 When I checked again, I realized you put the same 3 toppings in both drinks 😅 A communication mix-up... 😭 I don't speak English and there were a lot of customers waiting behind me, so I didn't have time to use a translator app, I just tried to communicate with hand gestures, and this mishap happened, haha. In the end I only drank the milk tea and left the rest, but it was still a great way to recharge my sugar levels at the end of a tiring day 😁
