Da Nang International Airport (DAD) is Vietnam's third-largest airport. What's special: it's located right in the city center, just 3 km from the Han River Bridge — a rarity for an international airport. There are 4 ways to get into the city:

1. Grab/taxi — 60,000–100,000₫, 10 minutes. The most popular way. If you're heading back to a hotel with a clear address, calling a Grab through the app is cheap and you don't have to worry about being overcharged. 2. Airport taxi — 90,000–150,000₫, similar to Grab but with an official airport car sticker (Vinasun, Mai Linh).

3. Bus No. 12 — 20,000 VND, 30 minutes. Runs from the airport to the central bus station via Nguyen Van Linh road. Cheap, but few tourists use it because the schedule is irregular. 4. Walking — 25-30 minutes to the foot of Dragon Bridge. Not practical if you have a large suitcase, but okay for backpackers with just a backpack.
