Those who are crazy about Thai-style chicken feet and seafood salad in Da Nang surely all know the name Nhỏ Chân Gà already, right? Great news for all you eating-and-drinking warriors: instead of having to squeeze into the somewhat cramped sidewalk space over in Dong Da like before, the restaurant has now opened a super huge, spacious, and airy branch right on Le Hong Phong street!

The night before, craving a bit of that sour, spicy, sticky flavor, my friends and I dropped by to raid the place, and here's an honest review from a hungry stomach:

✨ Thai sauce chicken feet / Deboned, with lemongrass and chili – truly "top-notch": The chicken feet here are super big, cleanly deboned so they're incredibly satisfying to chew, crunchy and crackly. The most worthwhile part is the vibrant red Thai sauce, thick and rich, evenly coating the chicken feet. The spicy heat bursts on your tongue from the very first bite, followed by the light, tangy-sweet flavor of calamansi, paired with a few slices of green mango and crunchy young star fruit — once you start, there's just no escaping it, you're "hooked"!

🦐 Super fresh Thai raw shrimp salad: This dish is made especially for the team who loves raw, fresh seafood. The shrimp are juicy and firm, soaked in a wave of spicy chili-lime sauce with mustard. Take a bite and the sweetness of the shrimp blends with the fiery spiciness that rushes straight up to your nose, stimulating your taste buds intensely.

🍟 Super addictive fried chicken cartilage with fish sauce, perfect for snacking: To ease the spiciness, we ordered an extra plate of chicken cartilage. The chicken cartilage was fried crispy on the outside, seasoned with a salty-sweet flavor, and topped with a bit of fragrant fried garlic. This dish is just perfect to enjoy with a few glasses of cold beer, sitting around chatting about everything under the sun with friends while catching the breeze.

A huge plus point for the Le Hong Phong branch is its super spacious, cool space, with tables and chairs arranged airily, without any smoky smell or feeling of being cramped. The staff are super busy and serve quickly—just about 5-7 minutes after ordering, piping hot, bright red plates of starters are already filling up the whole table. The average price is just from 70k - 95k per plate, so splitting it, each person spends just over 100k to have a full, relaxed evening of food and drinks.
