Lately I've been hearing all the buzz about Hải Sản Năm Đảnh, the super-cheap flat-price seafood spot in Da Nang, so now that I finally have the chance to travel there, I just have to go check it out right away and see if it lives up to the hype!

📍 Address: K139/H59/38 Trần Quang Khải, Sơn Trà, Đà Nẵng. (This stretch is super twisty and winding, so honestly, I really recommend everyone go by motorbike or grab a Grab, because if you drive a car into this alley, you'll seriously be crying your eyes out 😭).

💸 Price range: Flat prices from just 49k – 80k/plate (most commonly around 60k). Such a great deal for a tourist city!

✨ My honest impression:Freshness: 9/10. Since the restaurant is located right near Tho Quang fishing port, the seafood here is guaranteed fresh, with sweet meat that isn't mushy at all.Flavor: Rich, authentically Central Vietnamese, and... EXTREMELY SPICY! If you can't handle spicy food, remember to ask the staff to make it less spicy, or you'll end up crying while you eat!

🌶️🔥.Dishes you should order: Steamed chip chip clams with lemongrass (light and naturally sweet), Babylon snails in salted egg sauce (rich and creamy, guaranteed perfect for dipping bread), and Grilled octopus with sa tế chili, delightfully crunchy and chewy.

⚠️ A few small drawbacks to keep in mind:The place is super crowded, and the setting is casual with plastic tables and chairs, so it can get a bit noisy. If you go at peak hours (around 12 noon or 7 in the evening), you'll have to wait quite a while for your food. My tip is to go an hour early, so you can get a comfortable spot and your food comes out quickly.
