While browsing around, I found that participating in comments makes it easy to achieve, and

I think it took about 30 minutes or so.

The next tier is 'Gold'.

Once you reach Gold, a lot of benefits get added.

Airport pickup and drop-off is free once.

To be honest, I'm not really sure about the effort I put in to reach Gold tier, and...

I think it took only about 3 days to achieve it.

After 2 weeks, my grade automatically went up.

This is the last tier, 'Platinum'.

I think I only asked a few questions I was curious about in the local open chat.
