🇻🇳​[VIP Fam Tour DAY 3] A day with a comma, the ultimate healing experience at Shilla Monogram!!

Day 3 was filled with moments of fully experiencing Shilla Monogram's 'Wellness' with my whole body, filling both my body and my mind. What made me especially happy was that there was even a coffee class that perfectly matched my taste as a coffee enthusiast!! Let me start the recap!

🌅 1. Mornings that begin with the sea: Sunrise & Breakfast When I open my eyes in the morning, looking out at the sea is the first thing I do, like a routine. After starting the day admiring the beautiful sunrise, I headed to Dining M for a hearty breakfast. The breakfast menu on day 3 was similar to the previous day, but it was fun to see it change little by little. Here's a breakfast tip! The types of fruit change a little every day, so if you think "I'll eat that later," it might be gone before you know it. If you see a fruit you'd like to try, we recommend grabbing it right away!

🧘‍♀️ 2. Beach Yoga & Therapy Garden: Cleansing Body and Mind After breakfast, we moved to the lawn of the Beach Lawn and enjoyed beach yoga beneath the palm trees, feeling the morning breeze. Following along with the poses took quite a bit of effort and left us a little drained (haha), but the cool coconut drink we had after yoga was truly a taste of pure healing. At the therapy garden tour that followed, we dipped our feet in the water and took a short rest, releasing all the fatigue that had built up.

🏮3. Lantern Making Class After a short rest following the Therapy Garden, we gathered at the Activity Studio and took part in a lantern making class. I had tried this before in Hoi An during a trip with my daughters last February, but the instructor here took care of us so much more thoroughly that it gave me so much more confidence. Seeing the finished lantern, I felt so proud!

🍕4. A free dinner in the room Lunch that day was self-served, so we brought out everything we had — the leftover pizza and fruit from the day before, plus the banh xeo we'd carefully made — and laid it all out on the table. We enjoyed our very own 'room dinner.' You get punished for leaving food, haha.

After lunch, before my next schedule, I used the drink coupon they gave me at check-in to get a nice cool mango milk tea~~ It was so refreshing and delicious~~

☕ 5. Bistro M Coffee Class: A Heart-Fluttering Moment for Coffee Lovers In the afternoon, I finally joined the coffee class at Bistro M that I had been waiting and waiting for. It was a wonderful opportunity to brew coffee myself in the traditional way, using locally grown Vietnamese beans! As a coffee enthusiast, this was the most exciting part of the whole itinerary for me. Intoxicated by the deep aroma of coffee beans, drinking a cup of coffee I made myself, I felt all my afternoon fatigue melt away. During the free time between the coffee class and the dinner schedule, I dashed over to Lotte Mart and finished up a storm of shopping. A trip just wouldn't feel complete without some shopping, right? Haha.

🍖 6. Grill & Chill BBQ Buffet: A Night Full of Romance (Bistro M) The last official program of Day 3 was the Grill & Chill BBQ Buffet enjoyed at Bistro M. With sweet live music playing in the background, enjoying delicious dishes grilled fresh on the spot by the chef — nothing could be more romantic than that. Beer, wine, and drinks were all included, so I, a total lightweight, ended up drinking way too much that day. Lol.

📝 Wrapping up Day 3 From energetic classes to healing programs, it was a day when we experienced 100% of the charm of Shilla Monogram. With coffee and a lantern we made ourselves, Day 3 was filled with happy memories!! We'll be back soon with the story of Day 4, when the bittersweet final schedule awaits. ✨
