Danang Review❣️Wyndham Soleil Danang Hotel🍴Breakfast Edition

This is a brand-new hotel that opened in August 2025, so even though we already filled up on Mi Quang outside, it would be a crime not to check out the breakfast! The Wyndham Soleil Hotel breakfast restaurant is located on the 3rd floor, and it's open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If you happen to wake up early, take a walk along Mikevich Beach first, then I think it would be nice to come for breakfast. So, shall we take a look at the atmosphere and the food set out at the Wyndham Soleil Hotel's breakfast restaurant? When you step off the elevator, you're greeted by the wide-open hall of the breakfast restaurant. Since the entire third floor is used for it, you could say it's quite a large-scale breakfast restaurant! Since it's not yet a very well-known hotel, It was mostly package tour guests, but it wasn't too crowded, which was nice. This place can also be used together as a banquet hall for events, so the food corners are set up on both sides, but on the day we visited, there was no one who had reserved the banquet hall, so we could only get food from one side. Each table came with forks & knives and spoons already set as the basic setting. You can just sit anywhere comfortable! There are spots with great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows at the front, but the sunlight gets a bit too glaring there, so we usually sit further inside!

I tried my best to take as many food photos as possible, but I took them in a way that wouldn't inconvenience other guests, so please just take them as a reference ^^ Starting with a few seasonal fruits and the yogurt & cereal section, most of the food was pretty much what you'd commonly see. Still, the area around the food was relatively clean, and although the variety wasn't as much as a 5-star hotel, It was a menu made up of items that many people like, so it wasn't a bad spread at all. Perhaps because a lot of Korean tourists visit, they also had tteokbokki and kimchi prepared. Since I'm a huge tteokbokki fan, I couldn't resist trying it, so I scooped up a few pieces to taste, but it wasn't good 😅 Since it was rice cake, it had been sitting cooked for a long time, so the rice cakes were kind of dissolving/melting in my mouth, haha. As for the seasoning, it just tasted like plain gochujang... I could sense it and only had one bite before passing on it, so if you happen to visit, please enjoy the other dishes besides the tteokbokki ^^

I visited two Mi Quang restaurants early in the morning, so I couldn't really enjoy the hotel breakfast properly. Thinking about it now, I feel a bit sorry about that... Still, I had a simple bite of two slices of bread with fruit and coffee, and it turned out the bread was delicious and the coffee was great too. I was already quite full, but the melon was even tastier than in September, so I got another plate and ate to my heart's content. Whenever it felt a bit less sweet, I'd dip it right into salt and enjoyed it very thoroughly before heading out.
