Yoga on My Khe Beach at 6 AM: 60 minutes amidst sand and waves

Beach yoga has been an emerging activity in My Khe since 2023 — organized by 3-4 yoga studios in the city (Hanuman, Yoga Life, Zenith) every morning from 6:00 to 7:00. Location: the sandy beach in front of Furama and Sheraton resorts. Groups of 15-20 people, open to tourists on a drop-in basis.

Session: 60-minute Vinyasa flow (combining Sun Salutations + basic poses), suitable for both beginners and intermediates. The instructor speaks standard English (Indian or Western). Yoga mats are provided. Please bring: water, a towel, and breathable clothing. No prior yoga experience is required.

Price 150,000 VND/session (drop-in), 800k for a 6-session package. Register via the studio's fanpage or Klook app. Arrive before 5:45 to check in and choose your spot. Ends at 7:00 with a free detox juice. Afterwards, go for a swim or head back to the hotel for breakfast — perfect for a long day of exploring the city.
